All students, leaders need a sharper and stronger memory power to grow faster in life. To improve memory power you can do lots of things in different types of areas in your life.
All those things will improve your memory power as a student, leader or as a normal human being who wants to sharpen his mind, who wants to do hard things in an easy way and follow these points to improve your memory power.
1. Start 5 Minutes Meditation
Meditation is an excellent way to improve your memory power. Meditation seems difficult but, when you do it for one or two weeks you can see changes in yourself. You can feel that lightness in you because of meditation.
Start with five minutes of meditation and gradually increase your time up to 20 minutes. Meditation is best for improving memory power because, when you do meditation your mind is at rest.
Maybe you think that ‘when we sleep that isn’t a rest for mind’ but no, this is not a rest for mind. When you are fully aware but not doing anything this is a real rest for the mind.
When we do meditation we focus on our breath which is the best meditation method. There are lots of meditation ways like, Mindfulness, Focused and Mantra meditation and. Try all types of meditation, choose any one and do it at least for two weeks to see the result.
2. Do Physical Exercise Daily
Physical exercise is also good for improving memory power. Overcome your procrastination and start doing exercise for yourself. When we do daily exercise our mind feels fresh because exercise is good for our body and what our body feels that’s our mind feels and what our mind feels that’s our body feels, they are connect with each other.
In physical exercise you can do a simple brick walk, you can play a sport or you can go to a gym. It’s upon you, what type of exercise you love to do. Our main purpose of doing this, that type of exercise, is to increase the blood flow which goes to the mind and that thing improves our brain system and improves our memory power.
3. Take Six Hour Sleep Minimum
Sleep is very important for everyone. It’s not only for improving your memory power but also for your body because, when you sleep properly between 6-8 hours sleep, your mind feels refreshed in the morning.
You have to improve your sleep quality. Sleep minimum six to maximum eight hours. This is scientifically proven that sleep will increase memory power because, while we sleep our mind recalls all things and reboots itself. The quality of sleep impacts our overall body health and mostly our brain. If we don’t sleep properly it’s negative impact shown by our mind because if our mind doesn’t take rest he can not work properly for you.
4. Good Bye to All Addictions
Today we live in a world with many types of addiction. Not only alcohol and drugs but, Mobile Addiction. Which is so bad for the brain. Addiction also disturbs your emotions like if you consume too much alcohol you will face anger issues, you can’t manage your time to do important things.
Stop this addiction and skill up yourself rather than taking these alcohols. Focus on your skills like communication, improve your communication which will help you in your career. Focus on your english communication skills which help you to stand out from the crowd. Stop these addictions one by one starting with mobile addiction.
Mobile addiction is the biggest addiction in today’s time where from a kid to an adult all facing it’s side effects. All type of addiction is stop memory to work on full potential but, mobile addiction destroy a children mind because,
When a 8-9 year old kid uses a mobile to watch reels, shorts and nonsense videos all the time on the phone he is actually destroying his mental ability. Mobile stopping a child’s memory potential from his teenage.
From their teenage years they spend their time with bad habits so they feel low in confidence, they lose their body language and feel shy. They face fear of public speaking. They become introverts who don’t have the courage to talk with others.
Another addiction is alcohol which is easily available. Alcohol is mostly common in students. Students have to understand this that alcohol damage their mind form inside because, alcohol give a high dopamine, after taking alcohol we are not able to do important things and
regularly taking alcohol will damage our memory power. For that we have to make a strong decision and say Goodbye to all types of Addictions, otherwise their negative impact not only damages your memory power but also your overall health.
5. Play Impactful Brain Games
You can increase your memory power by playing interesting brain games. Brain games are easy to learn but lifetime to master. Brain games also help you in your career because they sharpen your mind. You can play brain games according to how you choose any one of them and play with friends, colleagues or relatives.
You have to motivate yourself to play these games and you can play games like Chess, Sudoku, Crossword etc. and You can learn a new habit which is any one game for your brain. You can learn how to play instruments like, guitar, harmonium, piano etc.
It’s up to you what you choose. Our main purpose of doing this is to increase our ability of mind to react to things. When we play mind games our mind sharpens because he creates new neurons at that time. Choose what you love and daily practice will increase your memory power.
6. Eat Healthy Food
Quality of food is important in today’s time. Good type of food will increase your memory power and help you to increase your concentration power. If you daily eat Junk food it will increase your fat level in your body. Which is not good for your overall health.
If you eat good food like green vegetables, high protein & fiber food daily, that will improve your health and that will help you to maintain discipline in yourself. What you eat you can see their impact on your body and mind also and it also helps you to wake up early in the morning and work with your fresh and healthy mind.
Eat good food. If you are addicted to junk food, slowly-slowly shift to natural and healthy food and you can see the results on your body and your mind. Good type of food will increase your memory power and increase your self confidence also.
