If you can concentrate your focus on some skill or study you will crack that exam. Everyone in this world has a lack of concentration power. Most of the people always distracted easily because they don’t know how they can put there all focus and concentration power in one thing for a long time like, study or learning some new skills.

This mindfulness meditation looks so simple but it’s tough to give all your concentration on a particular thing. You have to practice more to become perfect in it. This meditation will help you to increase your concentration power. 

2. Take Yourself to the Nature 

If you spend your time in nature it will help you to increase your concentration power because we are humans and we are all connected with nature. In today’s lifestyle we forget to take time for ourselves.

Learning new skills or new habits would be a new thing for your mind. When you try to do any new thing your mind gives his 100% attention and because of that mind creates new neurons for this and that thing gets stronger your memory. Your body language is more exciting while learning new skills because this is new for your brain.

You can play brain games like Chess, Sudoku, Crossword or solving Puzzles. This type of game has to be played with full concentration. When you play regularly you will increase your concentration power.

Try to play this kind of games physically not on mobile because, when you play them physically and you win they give you more satisfaction. Mobile is not bad but the first priority must be to play with someone face to face. 

You can also learn new skills like you can improve your communication or you can work on your english communication skills which help you in your career and you will overcome your fear of public speaking if you have that fear because, when you work on your communication, you will feel more confident while speaking in front of people. 

6. Use Visualization Technique

Visualization is very good exercise for your brain and it definitely increases your concentration power and motivates you to achieve whatever you want in life because, in visualization you have to visual things which physically not exist.

You just need to overcome your procrastination and start doing visualization techniques for 5 minutes daily just after waking up early in the morning to see the best results. 

7. Multitasking is a Myth 

Most people think that if they do 2-3 tasks together, that thing saves their time and they can do more tasks because of it. This is not true, actually when you are multitasking this thing disturbs your brain, it decreases your memory power, it decreases your concentration level.
