Confidence is the thing which can help you in being successful in any field in your life, you have to know how to increase self confidence for your career. 3. Small challenge to yourself daily
Do you ever notice how someone gains so much Confidence? Actually confidence comes when we complete our task. For example if someone decides to score Ten on Ten in an exam and if he scores 10 so this thing increase his confidence because, he complete his task.
So, use this method and complete your daily tasks, which are set by you but set realistic goals. Don’t set unrealistic goals like “From tomorrow I’ll study for 16 hours’ ‘. This is an unrealistic goal because someone is suddenly not able to study for 16 hours.
He have to increase his study time gradually three to four hours, four to six hours. Give yourself a realistic goal, a small goal and complete it daily no matter what it takes. Trust me this small thing make a huge impact in your life to increase your confidence.
4. Join a Gym or Improve your Physical strength
I know you are thinking “What?”. But yes, going to the gym actually increases your confidence. Let me explain, when you go to Gym on a daily basis. Slowly-Slowly you gain muscle and you become Physically Strong. If you are thin you gain weight and if you are fat you lose weight. overall you become fit. When you become physically fit and strong you feel confident.
Going to a gym on a daily basis it’s not an easy task, you have to wake up early in the morning and going to a gym is boring but, you have to overcome your procrastination and maintain a consistency to going to gym. This one thing increases your confidence in different areas of your life. You can feel this confidence at your workplace or office and between the group of your friends.
5. Positive Affirmation to Yourself
Affirmation is so small and so easy that everyone says “isse kuch nahi hota hai ” But, trust me, Positive Affirmation on Daily basis will increase your confidence. It can be any affirmation that anyone can increase your confidence or help you to overcome your fears like overcoming fear of public speaking.
First choose your Positive affirmation like “I am the most confident man/woman in the world” and now just repeat this sentence all day whenever it is possible . But, at least say this sentence before sleeping 10 times and after waking up 10 times, in front of a mirror.
Whenever you feel low confidence, say this line. Replace every negative thinking to a positive thinking like this. In starting you feel nothing but gradually you see changes in yourself. You feel a more confident feeling which you have never felt before.
You can also use positive affirmation on choosing a career by you. Just think and say to yourself “I’m the best at my work” this will help you in your career.
6. Stop Comparing yourself to others
What happens next if an Elephant compares himself with a Lion? Elephants are big and strong But, if he compares himself with a quick lion he will feel low in confidence.
This is just an example to show you that, in this world everyone has his own ability, strength, plus points but if he compares himself to anyone else, who is successful in any other field of life like – money, job, then he will feel low confidence.
If you compare yourself with who is more successful in life you feel under confident which is not good for you. If you compare yourself with who is less successful in life you feel overconfident. That’s also not good for you. So,
Always compare yourself to Yourself, always motivate yourself that you have something which is extraordinary. Appreciate what other people do good in life and, always compare yourself to yourself and be good at something and keep polish it to achieve mastery on it because, this journey it will be never end there is no limit of how much you gain success in life and it’s increase your confidence and Self-Esteem also .
7. Improve your Body Language
Body language is also an important part of self confidence because, how you look, your dressing sense, your communication, body language, your sitting, standing hand gestures, all these things show your confidence.
Improve your dressing sense by wearing a clean and fit dress for you. Costly dress is not important, clean dress is important. You have to wear a dress which is a little bit loose and clean, a pressed dress, that’s enough to look good, this improves your confidence.
Improve your communication by listening more and speaking less. Use respectful words for other people. Many people think communication in English is good communication but it’s not like that.
Speak whatever language you are comfortable with, speak clean and listen more. You can also start reading books to improve your communication skills. Any book which you love to read and which helps you to strengthen your communication.
Improve your Body language by standing straight. Make sure that your spine is always straight when you are standing or when you are sitting on a chair. Using your hand when you speak it’s an easy an Impactful way of Body language.
For doing all of this you have to maintain discipline in yourself. choose a task or one thing and increase your concentration power and focus on one one thing until it’s perfect.
